It is a federal financial aid policy not to award students in excess of their needs or overall cost of attendance (COA). 获得资助的学生（包括机构资助）, state, federal, and private sources) in excess of their need or COA will have any 金沙中国 institutional scholarship(s) reduced or canceled. In addition, the Scholarship and Enrollment Communications Office may substitute a scholarship if a more favorable funding source is identified.

The 金沙中国 Select Scholarship is a one-time award available for newly admitted graduate students for both traditional and accelerated online programs, who have not previously been awarded this scholarship or the former Graduate Dean's Scholarship.

The 金沙中国 研究生入门奖学金 offers graduate students from all disciplines a great opportunity to help fund their studies at 金沙中国. The award consists of a one-time, up to $1,000 scholarship for Fall 2024 or Fall Module I 2024.
Newly admitted (accelerated online and traditional) graduate students for Fall 2024 will be eligible for this scholarship. Students must be enrolled for a minimum of 6 hours per summer term term (or 3 hours per module). This scholarship may not be combined with any other 金沙中国 institutional scholarships or assistantships, 比如可持续发展研究员, 金沙中国员工学费援助计划, 毕业生资源补助金, 或研究生资源补助金- tpeg.
不需要申请奖学金. Your eligibility will be determined by the 金沙中国 Scholarship team once you are admitted into your graduate program. To be considered, you must be admitted into your program by the priority application deadline. 经费有限，以先到先得方式发放.

The 里约-南德克萨斯教育和社区发展基金会捐赠奖学金 offers graduate students a great opportunity to help fund their studies at 金沙中国. Funds distributed from the endowment will be used to provide scholarships to students to increase attainment of Master and Doctoral degrees in the fields of Agriculture, Food, 自然资源, Business, Finance, Marketing, Education, 健康科学, 信息技术, Manufacturing, or STEM. Selected scholarship recipients must pledge to work in the Rio Grande Valley for each year beyond their graduate education that is funded. 例如，一个两年制的研究生项目需要两年的承诺.
